Dewang Mehta - A different view point
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

A different view-point -
When I first read the news it came as a shock and I believed it will be a
great loss for the developing IT industry in India. On the second thoughts,
I think Dewang Mehta should have built a complete process (rather than
building a one man show). This process should have continued seamlessly even
after his demise (with due respect to Mr. Mehta).
The job/work is above a person and all these time instead of people knowing
about "Dewang Mehta", it should have been "team Nasscom". Therefore I urge
the relevant Nasscom members to build a process which should be team driven
and let it not be a one man show in future.
With Regards,
