Absolutely! American, Russian or anybody else for that matter. India has the
best policy of refusing to accept third party intervention in Kashmir
dispute. As soon as you let any third country get involved in J&K Politics,
you will legitimize Pakistani intrusion and essentially can kiss goodbye to
that state of ours.
