RE: Version 2000.2 - Public Employees

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

Administrative

I believe public employees in any country should have a minimum of 5 
years of private sector experience before being considered for hire 
in the public sector.  I have come to this conclusion after having 
worked in both the private and public sectors in the US for over 15 
years,
