Thanks. I have sent printouts to the Urban affairs commissioner (my wife!).
I think you have some eminently sensible suggestions here on the internet.
Thanks for the suggestions. Hopefully, Shillong, which has the least air
pollution out of 90 Indian cities, will also soon have the best solid waste
management systems in India.
