Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

Posting by forms is a great idea. Less labour at this end.
Only, we will then not have any direct control over the material.
But in the interest of openness, we should try this more open method
suggested by you and if people start becoming irresponsible, we will become
more strict. All material should automatically go to the debate and to the
CVC, apart from automatically coming up on the web.
Kly go ahead and design your forms, etc.
