Dear Mr. Sabhlok,

You do not of course need my welcome to come home to India but here it
is
anyhow, warmly felt.   Welcome home.   I am sure your experience in the
States and elsewhere, when put to use in India, will be of benefit to
many
people.    Perhaps IPI can take a long leap forward now that you are
back in
the country to stay.    I look forward to interacting with you to
further
our common goals in the public interest.
