Central Govt. needs Naidu ?

I saw an interesting article on Chandra Babu Naidu in the UAE Khaleej
Times. Considering his enthusiasm, vision and modernistic ideas, don't
you think he needs to be in the central government of India, for he
already is a part of the NDA? I am sure he can bring vigor to India. A
new ministry of Information Technology headed by him would be an ideal
situation for India.

Seems like he wants to "Americanize" Andhra Pradesh. It would be
interestign to get your insight on this guy and whay role he will play
for India, in a few years from now, if not right away.
