Today's newspapers tell us that the Indian Army believes although ULFA
been hand in hand with the ISI, Ulfa may have falsely claimed
for the blasts.

Incidentally, the "Bodo Liberation Tigers" are reported to be all for
India's unity and to have offered to fight for the country.
