Dear Moderator, the above statement fails Social Science 101 I am
afraid; I
cannot go into the relationships between facts and values here, nor
about
the nature of critical discussion... what can I say, I suppose it is a
bit
like me trying to figure out the difference between C++ and java.

As for collective will & intent that could be a debate

No, it would be a waste of time... people can buy their own copies of
Hobbes
or Rousseau to start with..
