I strongly recommend that all IPI discussions, whether on or off the =
so-called Management Council, focus solely on short-term events in India

at the moment, specifically Kargil, India/Pakistan relations, and the =
coming elections.

Do not waste energy in conflict with each other now, and do not bring up
=
any inane topics, please.
