Re: Minimum wage
I would like to add a point here. Not having a
minimum wage rule couldn't make us worse off than
we are now. Since it is supposedly the unorganized
sector which benefits from such a rule, let us keep
in mind that it is this section of society which is
exploited thoroughly under the current setup.
(Please do not point out that it is a problem with
the law because my aim in bringing up this point is
not to fix responsibility but to point out that
things cannot get worse)
If things get so bad as exploitation does take place
even under a free market system, the rule can always
be imposed. Right now, I feel we shouldn't bother
with such a rule.
