b) Dual citizenship: Looks like GOI has heard the voice of people on
this list (?!) and the dual citizenship policy is now in the anvil. We
always seem to precede GOI! I fully support the dual citizenship
initiative. It won't hurt India or anyone else and might actually help
Indians abroad to recover their ties with this great nation of ours.

The three files have been converted and they can be found in the
Publications/ Notes sectoion of our website. I've also added a graphic
that says "new" next to the articles so they can be noticed easily.
