Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

I think that many of us forget some very aspects of humna nature. it is
difficult for us to be altruistic, therefore the governemtn should be such
that there is actually little or no differnece between the governer and the
governed. i.e. - local self government. that is the only long term solution
to all of our political problmes because that is the only one consistrent
wiht human nature.

my model of government is simple. local governmetns funded by levies on the
unimproved value of the land. above these will be state governments funded
by mineral royalties and a part of the land levy. above this the center
which will be depended on auctions of wireless frequencies, coastal rights
and a share of the land levy.

every level will be accountable to the one below and above it. this will
ensure that the local governmetns compete and keep the best productive
people, they will curtail the unnecessary growth of the state and central
governments ( because the cut will come from their pockets). this will
ensure that a separation of economics and politics effectively occurs and
remains that way.

regards
prakash
