Re: Left, Right; and Liberal Economists

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Should we equate big business with bad business? For a liberal economist
all businesses are good as long as their "bigness" or "smallness" is earned
thru the competitive market place. In India, the license-permit raj created
the situation where it was profitable to play the political game
(rent-seeking) than to serve the customer. For this, the primary blame
should be on the government which created such the rent-seeking environment.

Economists are dime a dozen; mainly those are remembered who strive for the
truth and stuck to their guns. Chameleons do look powerful because they
match their surroundings, but who considers them role model?
