Mr. Gundu on "Political Correctness" in India & "WRB"

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!
Congratulations to Mr. Gundu for his clear-headed dissection of the matter.
He is even more accurate in raising the substantive matter he has done in
regard to the so-called Women's Reservations Bill. I shall add the
following to set the cat among the pigeons.

Can anyone pinpoint the US Supreme Court decision which required
Congressional constituencies to be redrawn in such a manner that an adequate
representation of the minority community would be ensured, i.e. such that
black majority electoral districts would be created no matter how poorly the
geography would look as a result?

For exactly analogous reasons, that is what is urgently needed to be done,
or at least thought about and debated, in modern India too -- such that, for
example, large Muslim "minority" areas, are able to be effectively
represented in Parliament.

The so-called Women's Reservation Bill is a red herring started by
well-known interest groups. Its likely result will be "Family Reserved"
seats, on the model of the Laloo-Rabri Devi combine in Bihar.

Subroto Roy.
