RE: manifesto

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

I agree with the openions expressed by Naveen under here.
One has to go towards capitalistic polocies but not blind folded.
Social Security etc which are mentioned in the letter are in vogue in US
like countries
which are capitalistic. Why not for us for the same noble purpose of serving
masses ?
In fact these developed countries are capitalistic but the daily life, the
way social security
is enforced, employers get dictum to take care of employees would sound
socialistic.
The way Govts in west enforces welfare, for example for mothers to take
care of
infants, special leaves for that, tax duductions etc .. are they not
socilalistic in spirit?
These measures can not be market driven !
The activities of Red Cross can not be Market-Driven ! How much releif they
offer to those suffering.
If their activity was to be Market Driven ! what will happen! Of course it
is a voluntary organisation but
the point is every thing good in society is not born out of market forces.
In some aspects, just like developed worlds (market economy), ours also
should show parental care towards masses.
One should not forget that the very concept of 8 hours work cycle is born
out of socialistic, communistic ideologies.
I am in favour of a rational mix of both.
