Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Mr Sauvik Chakraverti,

The LBS National Academy of Administration is arranging for the conduct of the
Seminar on Liberty and Civil Society and Dr Parth has kindly consented to
arrange for the same.We have tentatively agreed on the dates, 27 March,00 and
would be delighted to have you join, as also through this message, other
guests, who are interested could please communicate directly with me at
ym@lbsnaa.ernet.in
Thanks for the continuing interest in the IAS training as an issue of reform,
and I look forward to other valid and cogent suggestions .
I also invite other friends to send in eformatted copies of original
articles/case studies for circulation to the young IAS probationers. The
Academy is developing a CD Rom and we surely are looking for good relevant
stuff to be linked up. The Academy would acknowledge the contributions in the
presentation.
Regards
Yaduvendra Mathur
Deputy Director at the LBS NAA Mussoorie
