hi there,
thanks for the qiuck response. i hear parth shah is
already in touch with u. we are extremely excited
about doing a seminar at lbsnaa. please make it happen
soon and i am sure you wont regret it and your probies
would love it.
do get a copy of my ANTIDOTE: ESSAYS AGAINST THE
SOCIALIST INDIAN STATE (Macmillan India: 2000). it
contains an essay called GOVERNMENT!
Or How to Adminisrter the Minimalist State that should
be of interest. It is priced at Rs. 268 hardbound and
should be easily available in Mussoorie/ D. Doon.
