Re: India :The coming Superpower (fwd)

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

There can be no question that there will be endless possibilities amongst a 
billion humans. However I do not agree that we are anywhere near being a 
superpower. To assume otherwise would be denial, not optimism.
