Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

i believe this is factually incorrect, at least in the US-

the US gulf [of mexico] coast and atlantic coast is regularly visited by

cyclones/hurricanes and, afaik, none of the tracking is done
by private insurance funded agencies. all the tracking
is done by _government_ agencies, primarily the
us national weather service. it is this 'free' information
that private media disseminates via broadcast and cable.
