write this 3-4 page document, pl. volunteer.

---------- Forwarded message ----------

we need some volunteers to finalize the forwarding letter of the
manifesto (i assume bhuwan, prof. roy and others will help finalize the
1999.2 version of the manifesto. i cannot much help at this stage)

the forwarding letter should state

	-	what is IPI
	-	when was it started/ registered
	-	why it was started
	-	why we need to spend time thinking about solutions
as citizens. the country is too imp to leave to
		politicians
	-	request feedback in an attached form

(people shd be able to check boxes)

		e.g.
do you agree with .... yes/no
		if no, pl suggest alternative:
			------
			------ etc

	-	ask for money for IPI to expand the debate, thro' the
media, into universities, to publish annual copies of
manifesto in all languages, to award fighters for
economic and political freedom in India, etc.

(make boxes for various amounts, etc., including
one box of Rs. 15 to help defray the cost of printing
		and postage)

	-	ask whether the person would be willing to start a
branch of IPI, host a little library, etc.?

	-	ask for names of other persons known to this person who
might be interested in the manifesto.

some previous work is in the archives of the web office. would some
members pl. start working on the forwarding letter right away, pl.?

Letter, etc. shd be in Word software, and professionally done up.

thanks for volunteering!
