    Well, we have successfully avoided the questions that I asked.  Maybe some
repitition will put the topic in perspective: Does India have a choice?  That
is, can India really be a leader or should India just shut up and put up??  This
is a very simple question here!!  I say that India doesn't have a choice and it
should just shut up and put up.  Could anyone care to argue why or why not?

    Who gives a rat's (you know what) what US is doing or not doing.  Are we on
the point?
