The most effective ads are not usually the ones you pay to put in, but those 
which get editorial coverage in the main body of the newspaper as news stories 
for which of course one does not pay.

If we did a simple press release regarding what IP is and what it is doing, I am
fairly confidnet that we would probably get editorial coverage in most 
newspapers for free (apart from the cost of preparing the press release).  

If this does not work, we can always go back to thinking of hte most 
cost-effective way of spending money for the purpose.
