We do not have any way to provide tax exemption abroad, yet. Please

a. Open an Non-Resident External Account with your banker in India - that is, if you don't have one.

b. From that account, issue a cheque or bank draft denominated in Indian Rupees in favour of INDIA POLICY INSTITUTE payable at Hyderabad. Cross it ACCOUNT PAYEE ONLY.

c. Mail it to IPI at the address above.
